Here’s your quiet peace back

I say I trust Him
The Master with the clay
But in a quiet moment
I know I’ll turn away

All of my doubts
The oceans of fear
Desperate longings
They beach me here

“Every worry you had
Every fear you felt
Was time you stole from God”
He says when I tell

“Here’s your quiet peace back”
He says, always giving
Handing me his time
As he gently sorts me out

    • Hey Stu, I will post this in your comments too, but you know I like and respect. You’ve been a blessing and I appreciate your honesty and the fact that you love the Lord.

I loved reading your series and even though it’s over, sometimes I’ll go back and re-read to get a great reminder of truth.

I think you and I can disagree on the addiction is a disease/not a disease thing and not take the lack of agreement personally but that might be harder for others. :-).
